When you register on our dating platform, we collect basic personal information to create and secure your account. If you choose to log in using Facebook or Google, we only request basic permissions (public_profile and email). We collect:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Profile Picture

We do not request access to your friends list, contacts, or post on your behalf. We also store the information you add to your profile (photos, age, location, bio) and the messages you send on the site.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to:

  • Create and authenticate your account quickly.
  • Provide matchmaking and communication features.
  • Prevent fake accounts and ensure platform security.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Social Logins (Facebook & Google)
By using social login, you authorize us to access the basic profile data provided by Facebook or Google. You can manage or revoke this access at any time through your respective social media account settings.

4. Virtual Profiles and AI
Some profiles on Onayaz are virtual profiles operated with the help of AI. When you message a virtual profile, the content of your messages is sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate replies.

5. Payments
Gold membership payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google AdSense to show ads. These services may use cookies; you can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings.

7. Data Deletion Policy
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time. You can delete your data using any of the following methods:

  • Via Our Website: Log in to your account, go to Settings, and click Delete Account. This action permanently removes your profile, matches, and personal data from our servers.
  • Via Facebook: Go to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find our app in the list and click Remove.
  • Via Google: Go to your Google Account Security > Third-party apps with account access. Find our site and click Remove Access.
  • Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] and we will delete your data within 30 days.
