Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Onayaz (https://onayaz.com, the "Service"), operated by Erkan Çakmakcı, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You may only have one account, and the information you provide must be true and up to date.
  • You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended your account.

2. Your Account

  • You sign in with Google or Facebook. We never see or store your Google or Facebook password.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Community Rules
You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other members;
  • post nudity, sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
  • impersonate another person or use someone else's photos;
  • ask other members for money, send spam, or promote products or services;
  • use the Service for any commercial, fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
  • scrape, copy or automate access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Virtual Profiles
Some profiles on the Service are virtual profiles created and operated by Onayaz, including with the help of automated or AI tools. Virtual profiles are not real members and cannot be met in person.

5. Gold Membership and Payments

  • Some features are available only with a paid Gold membership. Prices, duration and features are shown before you buy.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund, you can use it by contacting us.

6. Your Content

  • You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give us permission to display them on the Service so it can work.
  • Photos may be reviewed before they are shown, and we may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Safety

  • We do not run background checks on members. Be careful when sharing personal information or meeting someone in person.
  • Use the Block and Report buttons if a member makes you feel unsafe or breaks these rules.

8. Ending Your Account

  • You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the law.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the behaviour of members, for content posted by members, or for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
